For the 2007 High School Hockey Tournament series, we developed a series of posters that offered visceral glimpses of the game from the eye of the player.
At a time when Reebok, Warrior and Easton were trying to win the hearts of high school hockey players with pro athletes, we took Nike Bauer to a truer place. These posters were part of the larger “For the Greater Game” campaign that celebrated the moments within game they play, not the one they watch on TV. These posters were one example of that idea coming to life. An idea that returned Nike Bauer as the #1 hockey gear brand in the USA.
